ShipTime makes it easy to manage your shipping contacts with a convenient address book feature. You can save addresses in two different ways: while processing a shipment or by manually adding contacts before shipping.

Saving an Address While Processing a Shipment

  • Process Your Shipment:

    • When you are completing the shipment details, simply fill in the recipient’s address as usual.
  • Save to Address Book:

    • Select the "Save To Address Book" checkbox before finalizing the shipment. This option is typically located near the address fields.
  • Complete the Shipment:

    • Once you process your shipment, the address will automatically be saved to your address book for future use.

  • Save the Contact:

    • Once you have completed the form, click "Save" to add the new contact to your address book.
