1. Log into your ShipTime account.
2. On the left-hand side, select Sales Channels.
3. Click on the option for, Connect New Store.
4. Place the mouse cursor over the Magento logo, and then click on the Plus sign.
5. Next, navigate to https://account.magento.com/customer/account/login and Login.
6. On the left-hand side of the screen, select API Portal.
7. In the text box that says Enter new key name…, type in a name for the API Key.
8. Once a name has been typed in, click on Add New.
9. API key will be shown in the middle of the screen.
10. Copy this key.
11. Navigate back to your ShipTime account and paste the key into Store Key field.
