1. Search Bar: Enter in Tracking number or ShipID to locate shipment
  2. Advanced Search options
  3. Shipment Action Buttons
    1. Repeat: Duplicates shipment with same to and from address, as well as shipment details.
    2. Track: Opens tracking detail window
    3. Cancel: Cancels shipment. Note: Can only cancel shipments that are Pending (Shipment has not been picked up) within 5 days of creation. Cannot cancel In-Transit shipments


Click on any shipment to view specific information:



  1. Shipment Options:
    1. Repeat: Repeats shipment with exact same address information and shipment details. Screen will automatically move to the carrier selection page
    2. Cancel: Cancels shipment. NOTE: Only shipments that are still in the PENDING status and the shipment was created at most 5 days prior can be cancelled by customers
  2. Receipt options to Print Receipt or email Receipt details
  3. Return to History & Tracking Page
