Actions Buttons
1. Create Shipment: Allows you to create the shipment again with the following options:
  1. Keep Saved Quote: Creates the shipment while keeping this quote saved for future use/reference
  2. Remove Saved Quote: Creates the shipment while deleting the quote from the Saved Quotes page
