Steps to Enter Your Coupon Code
1. Navigate to the Finalize & Pay Screen:
- During the checkout process, go to the Finalize & Pay screen.
2. Locate the Promo Code Box:
- Below the Payment Method section, find the box labeled "Have a Promocode? Apply here!"
3. Enter and Apply Your Coupon Code:
- Enter your coupon code in the provided box and click on "Apply."
4. Confirm the Coupon Application:
- Wait up to 30 seconds for the system to process the coupon.
- Look for a green pop-up message confirming that the coupon was successfully added.
- The new total, reflecting the applied discount, will be displayed on the left-hand side of the screen.
Troubleshooting Tips
Refresh the Finalize & Pay Step:
- If you don't see the confirmation message after applying the coupon, click on the "Edit pickup" button on the left-hand side.
- This action will take you back to the previous step (Pickup or Dropoff) and then automatically return you to the Finalize & Pay step.
- Look for the green pop-up message confirming the coupon application.
Important Note:
- The total amount on the left-hand side might not change after performing the troubleshooting step. However, if you see the green pop-up message, the coupon has been successfully added. Proceed to pay and check your receipt to confirm that the coupon was applied.
