Our courier partners have remained operational while they continue to assess the situation. Please be aware, for the safety of our customers and the delivery drivers, some couriers have advised they’ll be releasing packages without a signature to mitigate the risk of any person to person contact.
Canpar, Loomis, Dicom, Purolator: To mitigate any person to person contact, drivers will not be collecting a signature at the time of delivery even when requested. This means, the signature scanner will not be provided on delivery to sign for the package.

FedEx: Due to additional extra care during these times, FedEx delivery times will be delayed by 1-3 days for international shipments. All shipments from Asia-Pacific have been temporarily suspended.
