Batch shipments are a great way to save even more time on your shipments!

The Formatting Instructions tab in this sheet will guide your through how to create an error-free spreadsheet to create your shipping labels in bulk.

Note - Mandatory Fields are noted in bold

Follow below instructions to create a new file for Batch Shipments:

  1. Download the attached template.
  2. Follow the information in Row 2 and 3 to make the data. Do not include these rows in your new file. 
  3. Save the file as a CSV UTF-8 format, press ok when prompted about multiple sheets.
  4. Once complete, please submit this to us at support@shiptime.com.

Please NOTE: Batch Shipments under 25 shipments will need to be processed through the ShipTime dashboard.
