When Live Rates are enabled, a customer checking out items in an eCommerce store will see all the courier options available from the store owner's ShipTime account. This includes Bring Your Own rates courier accounts.

In order to disable any couriers, they will need to be toggled off in ShipTime. Note couriers toggled off will also not be available for regular Quote and Ship processing.
Freight carriers and pallet service are not available for Live Rates.
To disable couriers:
- From the ShipTime dashboard, on the left-hand side, select Carriers.
- On the Carriers screen, click the toggle button next to each carrier to turn them off from the quoting process.
