Effective July 28th, 2023, to remain compliant with Quebec regulations, ShipTime Insurance is no longer available. However, any shipments marked for insurance will automatically be insured by the courier directly, where applicable. This transition will happen seamlessly, with no action required on your part.  


This applies to shipments created by Quebec-based accounts as well as shipments to and/or from Quebec created by accounts outside of Quebec.


When a declared value has been entered and the courier returns rates, the courier charge for insurance will be displayed as part of the courier rate and your shipment will be completed as before. Due to this change, any courier that does not support insurance will not display rates (FedEx)


If an insurance claim is required, then our Heroic Support team will be available to assist you in processing the claim.
