Shopping cart orders will automatically get sync'd during the initial integration of your store.

To manually sync orders:

  1. Login to your ShipTime account.
  2. On the left hand side, select Orders.
  3. On the right hand side of the screen, click on Sync.

Note: Synced orders will show as ready to ship or not ready to ship. Orders not ready to ship will move to ready to ship when the missing data highlighted in red is resolved
