Products will automatically get synced during the initial integration of your eCcommerce store.
To manually sync Products:
- Login to your ShipTime account.
- On the upper right-hand side, select Settings, and then Products.
- On the right-hand side, click on Sync.
Note: If the sync button is clicked shortly after a sync request was initiated, you may see a cooldown timer before syncing is available to select again.
- Products lists will show for Custom Invoice Products and any connected stores
- Products can be updated by clicking the edit button:
