FedEx and Nationex have standard pickup windows (i.e. 9-5 pm). Unfortunately, when arranging a pickup for these carriers, the pickup window is unable to be modified.


FedEx Ground and Nationex shipments can't be scheduled for same-day pickup, and the earliest it can be scheduled is for the following business day.


The remaining carriers' pickup windows offered by ShipTime, however can be modified with a specific timeframe. This now includes Canpar/Loomis. Please be advised that if a specific window is entered there is no guarantee the carrier will be able to make it during that time but they certainly will try their best. Any issues with the pickup details that have been entered will result in an error message.
