Canpar, Loomis, and Nationex have standard pickup windows (i.e. 9-5 pm). Unfortunately, when arranging a pickup for these carriers, the pickup window is unable to be modified.


The remaining carriers' pickup windows offered by ShipTime, however can be modified with a specific timeframe. Any issues with the pickup details that have been entered will result in an error message.
